Dr. Lynn Raymond announced today that Dr. Shernaz Bamji (pictured) has been appointed to the role of Associate Director at the Djavad Mowafaghian Centre for Brain Health (DMCBH).
Dr. Bamji is a Professor, Department of Cellular & Physiological Sciences in the Faculty of Medicine at UBC. She is a founding member of the School of Biomedical Engineering and a member of the Life Sciences Institute Steering Committee. In these capacities, Dr. Bamji brings unique expertise that will enable her to strengthen our ties with the neuroscience and biomedical engineering communities at UBC and across the province of British Columbia.
In addition to her role with DMCBH, Dr. Bamji is currently Vice-President elect of the Canadian Association for Neuroscience.
