I have had an interest in medical imaging for over 20 years, and my Masters thesis was in medical informatics, and my PhD (UBC, 2004) was in computer vision and scientific visualization. I was a Research Associate in Neurology from 2004 to 2007, and since 2007 I have been a faculty member in Radiology.

Research Information

My research interests are centered on the development and application of machine learning and computer vision methods to the quantitative analysis of medical images, with a particular interest in personalized medicine.
