The BC Brain Wellness Program invites you to join our annual celebration of World Brain Day on July 22 from 10am to 12pm PST.

Moderated by Tamara Taggart, we will be taking you on a journey from idea to implementation on how research impacts all of us.

Our 2-hour virtual event will be an enriching experience for the mind, body and soul. With a diverse selection of expertise, the BC Brain Wellness Program presents:

  • Incredible keynote addresses by Drs. Liisa Galea, Helen Tremlett, and Haakon Nygaard

  • The Brain Wellness Couch: A moderated conversation with our panel of experts

  • A Wellness Break: A guided yoga session with the BC Brain Wellness Program instructor Vanessa Barron

  • Exclusive videos on research and our participants’ journeys toward brain wellness
