The Djavad Mowafaghian Centre for Brain Health logo shows six stylized faces within two brain hemispheres, and is meant to convey both the seriousness of brain disease and research, and the optimism and hope for the future of discovery, treatment and cure. Its two complementary parts represent the coming together of research and care.
usage & Partner recognition
When representing the Djavad Mowafaghian Centre for Brain Health, you are welcome to download and use the logo on your presentation, printed materials, or website.
As the Centre aims to promote a common visual identity, it is effectively retiring the Brain Research Centre logo and related brand elements. Going forward, please use the new DMCBH logo on all communications, including but not limited to:
- Print materials, including brochures, banners and stationery
- DMCBH-affiliated websites and social media profiles
- Posters and presentations
The appropriate use of the DMCBH logo enhances the Centre’s reputation, leverages quick recognition, and demonstrates unity and purpose.
You may resize the logo to fit your publication or presentation, but please do not distort the logo’s dimensions or alter its colour or typeface.
When communicating on behalf of DMCBH, please be mindful of our partnerships.
DMCBH’s primary partnerships are with Vancouver Coastal Health, Vancouver Coastal Health Research Institute, and the University of British Columbia and UBC Faculty of Medicine. When issuing communications from DMCBH, please incorporate our partners’ logos as appropriate:
Please email Emily Wight, Communications Manager, at email@example.com if you have questions about the approved use of the DMCBH and partners' logos or before using logos on materials being distributed externally.
